You will architect and ship AI-powered features in a Kotlin codebase, collaborating with product, design, and backend teams. What You'll Do8
- 1Build advanced Android features with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, integrating AI/ML models for real-time personalization.
- 2Design end-to-end payment flows for banking apps, ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS and other regulatory standards.
- 3Ship a secure authentication module using Biometric and OAuth 2.0, reducing login friction by 40%.
- 4Debug production issues using Crashlytics and Sentry, cutting crash-free rate to 99.9%.
- 5Scale the app's offline-first architecture with Room and DataStore, enabling seamless transactions in low-connectivity zones.
- 6Drive code reviews and architectural decisions, mentoring mid-level engineers in Clean Architecture and MVVM.
- 7Optimize app startup time to under 1 second using Profile-Guided Optimization and lazy loading.
- 8Automate UI testing with Espresso and Maestro, achieving 90% test coverage for critical user journeys.
Requirements8
- 15+ years building Android apps in Kotlin or Java with Android SDK.
- 22+ years integrating AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow Lite or ML Kit.
- 3Experience in Banking or Financial Services with PCI-DSS compliance.
- 4Proven track record with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket communication.
- 5Deep knowledge of Android Performance profiling, Memory Leaks, and Coroutines.
- 63+ years working in an agile environment with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- 7Bachelor's in CS or equivalent with AWS or Google Cloud certification preferred.
- 8U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required for banking client access.
