What You'll Do11
- 1Build train and validate machine learning models on clinical datasets meeting acceptance criteria
- 2Execute data cleaning transformation and standardization across EDC vendor and real world sources aligning with CDISC standards
- 3Develop LLM based generative AI workflows for automated TLF review with human validation
- 4Create interactive dashboards visualizing clinical data for cross functional stakeholders
- 5Perform data validation checks ensuring GxP compliance and reproducibility
- 6Support Databricks and AWS cloud infrastructure pipelines using Git GitHub and CI/CD
- 7Collaborate with Statistical Programming Clinical Data Management and Clinical Operations teams
- 8Prepare documentation consistent with SOPs and contribute to manuscript publications
- 9Drive external scientific visibility through conference presentations and white papers
- 10Pursue continuous professional development in emerging AI ML techniques and cloud platforms
- 11Comply with all policies and standards
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Master's degree with minimum 5 years experience applying AI ML methods
- 3Intermediate proficiency in Python Pandas NumPy scikit learn for data manipulation
- 4Intermediate proficiency in R for statistical analysis and visualization
- 5Basic familiarity with AWS cloud services S3 Lambda Glue
