Senior Actimize Developer, ActOne Case Manager
Overview
You will own the design, build, and customization of Actimize ActOne Case Manager for 10+ years of experience, shaping the anti-financial-crime platform at scale. You will lead hands-on development of workflows, case lifecycle, and alert-to-case processing, collaborating with a cross-functional team in an onsite environment in Jersey City or Plano. This role goes beyond configuration: you will extend the platform with custom ReactJS and JavaScript components, directly impacting how alerts and cases drive decisioning. What You'll Do8
- 1Lead the configuration and extension of Actimize ActOne Case Manager, owning the end-to-end implementation of workflows, case lifecycle, and disposition processes.
- 2Customize ActOne features such as views and alert-to-case processing, ensuring seamless integration with anti-money laundering and fraud detection use cases.
- 3Design and develop custom UI components using ReactJS and JavaScript, delivering intuitive interfaces for case analysts and investigators.
- 4Own the performance and scalability of the ActOne platform, deploying upgrades and patches while ensuring system stability.
- 5Drive end-user engagement: gather detailed requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and validate that designs meet operational needs.
- 6Implement robust testing strategies for UI and workflow enhancements, leading code reviews and promoting best practices in configuration and development.
- 7Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues in the ActOne environment.
- 8Scale the platform by optimizing alert-to-case processing logic and reducing false positives while maintaining detection effectiveness.
Requirements7
- 110+ years in software engineering with deep specialization in Actimize and ActOne Case Manager.
- 2Proven hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ActOne workflows, case lifecycle, and disposition models.
- 3Strong proficiency in ReactJS and advanced JavaScript for building and enhancing custom UI components.
- 4Experience with financial crime and compliance systems, including AML and fraud monitoring.
- 5Understanding of alert-to-case processing, case management views, and system integration patterns.
- 6Ability to lead technical development in an onsite, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
- 7Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a track record of delivering complex Actimize projects.
Salary Insight
