Overview
Lead day-to-day bookkeeping for US-based Xero accounting partners and small business clients while shaping AI-powered bookkeeping workflows. You will document learnings to create scalable processes and partner with US leadership to define modern standards for bookkeeping. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of client service and innovation.
What You'll Do6
- 1Own and execute accurate bookkeeping for multiple Xero accounts ensuring timely month-end close and financial reporting

- 3Document documented processes and best practices for peer adoption across teams
- 4Collaborate with US leadership to refine AI-driven bookkeeping tools and standards
- 5Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and accountants emphasizing clear communication
- 6Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing scalable solutions
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPA certification preferred
- 3Xero proficiency and adaptability to new accounting software
- 4Strong understanding of US bookkeeping practices and compliance requirements
- 5Experience with AI tools in professional workflows is a plus
- 6Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hybrid environment with evolving processes
