Senior Accountant Accounting Supervisor Leoch Battery Corporation
Overview
Lead and oversee daily accounting operations including financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP. Manage accounts receivable processes and coordinate with AP/AR teams to ensure accurate billing and reconciliations. Analyze financial data and support management with reports. What You'll Do12
- 1Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure data accuracy and completeness
- 2Maintain and analyze financial records including accounts payable and receivable
- 3Coordinate and provide guidance to AP and AR team members for efficient transaction processing
- 4Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions with AP and AR teams
- 5Execute corporate accounting tasks such as intercompany transactions
- 6Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
- 7Prepare financial statements compliant with US GAAP
- 8Prepare sales and management reports as needed
- 9Conduct variance analysis and recommend process improvements
- 10Ensure tax regulation compliance and assist with audit documentation
- 11Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits
- 12Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes and improve efficiency
Requirements10
- 15+ years corporate accounting experience in a US-based company
- 2Mandarin language proficiency required
- 33-5 seasons of relevant experience
- 4Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 5Strong knowledge of US GAAP tax regulations and financial reporting
- 6Proficiency in accounting software with SAP preferred
- 7Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- 8Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 9Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- 10Attention to detail and accuracy
Salary Insight
$70 - $105k per year
