The Senior Accountant leads day-to-day accounting activities and month-end close while ensuring accurate ledger accounts and financial reporting. This role drives proactive accounting solutions and supports the finance team across Asia and Europe.
What You'll Do7
- 1Leads day-to-day accounting activities and month-end close by monitoring and reconciling general ledger accounts and preparing journal vouchers
- 2Provides ad hoc support to the finance team and assists with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
- 3Responsible for monthly balance sheet review and resolving outstanding issues
- 4Supports Accounts Payable and contributes to operational efficiency
- 5Drives financial analysis and variance reporting against forecasts and goals
- 6Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align accounting practices with corporate policies
- 7Ensures timely financial reporting and ad hoc project execution
Requirements9
- 1BS/BA degree in accounting or related field with US GAAP knowledge
- 23+ years of accounting experience including work in Big 4 firms
- 3Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 4Intermediate Excel proficiency
- 5Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
- 6Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- 7Experience with cloud-based accounting systems and financial software
- 8Familiarity with tax regulations and internal controls
- 9Proven track record of delivering accurate financial results
Salary Insight
$110 - $140k per year
