Carol Stream, IL, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.
What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a logistics and distribution location
- 2Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and packages in accordance with established access-control and screening procedures
- 3Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and document visitor and contractor activity as required
- 4Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and completing required reports
- 5Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, loading zones, facility grounds, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or policy concerns
Requirements6
- 1At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- 221+ years of age for armed roles
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Background investigation as required by law
- 5Drug screen as permitted by law
- 6Valid driver’s license for driving positions
