You own safety and security across the Warwick Melrose Dallas Hotel, protecting guests, staff, and property around the clock. What You'll Do8
- 1Patrol hotel premises and monitor CCTV feeds to detect and deter suspicious activity.
- 2Respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies within minutes, securing the area and assisting affected guests.
- 3Write daily activity reports documenting incidents, property damage, and safety hazards.
- 4Collaborate with hotel management and local authorities to address security threats and refine safety procedures.
- 5Guide guests and staff on security policies and emergency evacuation plans.
- 6Control access to restricted areas using keycards and access control systems.
- 7De-escalate confrontations using conflict resolution techniques and diffuse tense situations.
- 8Conduct regular safety inspections and report maintenance issues to management.
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 21-2 years of security experience, preferably in hospitality or customer service.
- 3Valid state security guard license or certification.
- 4Pass background checks and drug screening.
- 5Strong observational skills and calm demeanor under pressure.
- 6First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- 7Familiarity with CCTV and access control systems preferred.
- 8Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
