What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and vendors at technology media and telecommunications location
- 2Monitor and manage access control systems verify credentials issue and track visitor passes maintain accurate access records
- 3Respond to access related incidents alarms and critical situations calmly solving problems escalating concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
- 4Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas exterior grounds entry points and perimeter areas to identify unauthorized access unusual activity and security concerns
- 5Support professional environment communicate clearly with site personnel follow reporting documentation and incident notification procedures
Requirements9
- 1Driving post comfortable using computer or tablet preferred
- 2CPR First Aid certification preferred
- 3Access control and badge experience preferred
- 4Customer service experience preferred
- 5Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles 21 for armed roles
- 6High school diploma or equivalent
- 7Background investigation required
- 8Drug screen required to extent permitted by law
- 9Valid driver’s license required for driving positions
