What You'll Do5
- 1Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate
- 2Greet and screen visitors, manage access procedures, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs in accordance with site requirements
- 3Monitor building entry points, cameras, alarms, and communications systems; report unusual activity, access concerns, and maintenance-related issues to appropriate personnel
- 4Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures
- 5Answer phones, provide directions and building information, receive deliveries, and support a professional, welcoming lobby environment
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Minimum 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- 3Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
- 4High school diploma or equivalent
- 5Background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- 6Drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- 7Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
