Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Armed Driver Emergency Support

What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and transit personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
- 2Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting emergency services when needed.
- 3Conduct regular and random armed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, vehicles, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- 4Monitor access points and observe activity throughout assigned transportation locations; report suspicious behavior, hazards, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
- 5Prepare clear, accurate reports documenting patrols, incidents, observations, and actions taken, while maintaining a professional presence in a public-facing government transportation environment.
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing security operations
- 3Valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located
- 4Be at least 21 years of age
- 5High school diploma or equivalent
- 6Background investigation compliance
- 7Drug screen participation
- 8Industry-specific security training completion
- 9State and/or local licensing requirements
