What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to tenants shoppers visitors and contractors by carrying out security procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities
- 2Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations calmly professionally solving problems and escalating concerns according to site procedures
- 3Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols throughout retail common areas parking areas building entrances and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity
- 4Monitor access points and observe site activity reporting security related concerns maintenance issues and unusual conditions to appropriate personnel
- 5Document patrols incidents and daily activities accurately in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements
Requirements6
- 1At least 6 months of security-related experience
- 2Guard card or license preferred
- 3Comfortable using a computer or tablet
- 4High school diploma or equivalent
- 5Age minimum 18 for unarmed roles 21 for armed roles
- 6Background investigation and drug screen required
