What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain a visible security presence through regular patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter incidents
- 2Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials, and report unusual activity to appropriate personnel
- 3Respond to alarms and incidents in a controlled, professional manner following escalation protocols
- 4Complete detailed incident and patrol documentation to ensure accurate records
- 5Support customer service by delivering exceptional experiences to employees, visitors, and vendors while upholding site policies

- 1At least one year of security-related experience
- 2Valid driver’s license per Allied Universal policy
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles
- 5Background check and drug screening as required by law

Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with site-specific access control procedures. Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrol activities, and security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
