What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to visitors staff artists and vendors by carrying out security procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities within cultural institutions
- 2Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of galleries public spaces entrances exits offices loading areas and surrounding perimeters reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns
- 3Monitor access points and visitor activity assist with directing guests and maintaining orderly movement during exhibitions programs and events
- 4Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations calmly solving problems following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel
- 5Document patrols incidents and observations accurately communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts
Requirements6
- 1Guard Card or license preferred
- 2Age minimum 18 for unarmed roles 21 for armed roles
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Background investigation required
- 5Drug screen required as permitted by law
- 6Valid driver’s license required for driving positions
Salary Insight
