Overview
The role owns clinic safety and order for patients and staff at a BAART Program site. You will monitor access, crowd flow, and security checks to ensure a safe environment. You may provide backup receptionist coverage and support staff with front desk duties as needed. The team works to protect patients and property while complying with program policies and security procedures. What You'll Do7
- 1Build orderly patient flow and verify IDs to control entry
- 2Maintain security by patrolling premises and performing routine checks
- 3Report incidents and cooperate with authorities during emergencies
- 4Provide receptionist coverage when needed and assist clinical staff
- 5Deter loitering and disruptions in parking lot and clinic premises
- 6Attend staff meetings and training per supervisor guidance
- 7Present a professional appearance and friendly, nonjudgmental attitude toward patients
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in an office or clinic setting
- 2Training from a law enforcement school or other security training preferred
- 3Ability to establish positive rapport with patients and demonstrate a nonjudgmental attitude toward chemically dependent individuals
- 4Satisfactory drug screen and background check
- 5Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ and perform security checks throughout the day
