Overview
The Security Guard will patrol and monitor assigned areas to ensure safety for clients, employees, and visitors at our Biltmore site. They will respond to alarms and incidents, conduct premises inspections, and enforce access control. They will document incidents and coordinate with law enforcement as needed. This role emphasizes calm under pressure, strong communication, and adherence to safety protocols.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security
- 2Respond promptly to alarms and incidents and take appropriate action
- 3Inspect premises including CCTV surveillance and report irregularities
- 4Enforce access control and safety rules to prevent unauthorized entry
- 5Document incidents and prepare reports for stakeholders
- 6Collaborate with law enforcement during investigations or emergencies
- 7Assist in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage

- 1Arizona Guard Card (Required)
- 2Driver`s License (Preferred)
- 3First aid and CPR certification desirable
- 4Strong observational skills and calmness under pressure
- 5Bilingual English & Spanish preferred
