What You'll Do11
- 1Own the project's organization implementation and completion
- 2Act as main client contact responsible for project outcomes
- 3Oversee training and development of direct reports
- 4Support commercial and SCIF projects across Charlotte and nationwide markets
- 5Maintain strong relationships with clients building owners and security personnel
- 6Conduct job cost and cash flow analysis preparing reports and managing budgets
- 7Drive schedule changes and ensure compliance with ICD/ICS 705 guidelines
- 8Apply master knowledge of Procore modules including Project Management and Financial Management tools
- 9Utilize Microsoft Project to analyze impacts of schedule modifications
- 10Collaborate with subcontractors to meet contractual obligations
- 11Champion secure facility construction standards and confidentiality protocols
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Four year degree or equivalent work experience
- 3Expertise in TEMPEST requirements and secure facility construction
- 4Familiarity with ICD/ICS 705 guidelines
- 5Proven ability to make independent judgments on confidential matters
- 6Mastery of Procore Project Management module
- 7Strong analytical skills with understanding of contracts and financial principles
- 8Experience with construction documentation and bid preparation
- 9Demonstrated leadership in multi-disciplinary project teams
- 10Commitment to continuous improvement and industry best practices
- 11Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
