Support manufacturing operations performing equipment setup maintenance quality inspections and process improvements while guiding team members. Requires 1+ years experience forklift certification preferred.
What You'll Do12
- 1Perform moderately complex tasks related to set-up equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure machinery runs efficiently
- 2Assist in operating machinery in designated department as needed to meet production demands
- 3Inspect materials final products and machinery for defects to ensure quality standards are met
- 4Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
- 5Ensure department output meets organizational expectations and production targets
- 6Guide manufacturing operations team in interpreting existing processes and policies and assist in developing efficiencies
- 7Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately maintaining proper records
- 8Adhere to 5S standards maintaining cleanliness and organization in work area
- 9Follow all safety environmental and quality policies and procedures to maintain safe compliant work environment
- 10Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management
- 11Handle complex issues and problems referring only the most complex issues to higher-level staff
- 12Provide leadership coaching and mentoring to subordinates to promote team development and efficiency
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 21 year experience driving powered industrial equipment
- 3Powered industrial equipment certification preferred
- 4Forklift certification preferred
- 51 years experience
