Seasonal Truck Unloader, Retail Ops & Customer Service
Overview
You will own efficient freight processing and stockroom operations for Kohl’s in Phoenix at a seasonal scale. You will support omni channel fulfillment, replenish floors, and assist customers with product needs. You’ll train new hires on brand standards and inventory procedures, while collaborating with store leadership to meet productivity goals and deliver a fast, friendly shopping experience. This role is differentiated by hands on merchandising, safety policy adherence, and a strong customer service mindset.
What You'll Do10

- 2Replenish sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes

Requirements6
- 116 years of age or older
- 2excellent customer service skills and ability to multi task with attention to detail
- 3verbal and written communication skills
- 4flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- 5no retail experience required
- 6must be able to physically unload shipments and perform stockroom tasks
