Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of client facing retail or service industry experience
- 316 years of age or older
- 4Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- 5Basic math and reading skills with written and verbal communication abilities
- 6Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with two-person lift
- 7Physical stamina to stand and walk throughout shifts
- 8Proven teamwork skills in fast-paced environments
- 9Knowledge of POS systems and handheld scanning technology
- 10Attention to detail for accurate transaction processing
- 11Commitment to Kohl's brand standards in all interactions
