Seasonal Team Associate, School Portraits & Photography Services
Overview
Growing team member for on-site and field roles during a defined season. Owns tasks from picture day coordination to post-production and data entry for multiple schools. Work across roles in shipping, editing, photography, and leadership to ensure smooth operations. This role offers hands-on experience in high-volume, service-oriented environments with a supportive team.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build efficient Picture Day operations at multiple school locations ensuring on-time start and smooth execution
- 2Design and ship prepped products from our in-house lab to school campuses
- 3Lead a team of Photographers during shifts to maintain schedule and deliver quality customer service
- 4Ship and receive products, verify inventory, and keep organized records on-site
- 5Edit photos to ensure top quality and consistent standards
- 6Own data entry tasks by reviewing student records for accuracy and updating files as needed
- 7Scale coordination between field and on-site teams to meet daily production goals
- 8Drive communication with school staff to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships
- 9Collaborate with production lab and editors to deliver final products on schedule

- 5Capacity to travel to multiple school locations within Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and LA counties

- 8Willingness to work a variable schedule mirroring elementary school days
- 9No prior photography experience required for entry level Photographers (training provided)
- 10Team-oriented mindset with the ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
