Overview
Scrum Master II leads agile teams to improve productivity, predictability, and transparency at scale. They coach lean and agile practices, guide ceremonies, release planning, and impediment removal while fostering an inclusive culture. The role partners with Product and Engineering to drive continuous improvement and accountable outcomes. This position emphasizes servant leadership, cross-team coordination, and hands-on facilitation in a hybrid environment.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead agile ceremonies and coach teams to higher levels of maturity and reliability
- 2Facilitate release planning, cross-team alignment, and impediment removal to accelerate delivery
- 3Collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement Lean / Agile practices and track metrics
- 4Drive transparency by collecting and communicating performance indicators and improvement plans
- 5Escalate complex blockers to management and assist in resolution across teams
- 6Support resourcing discussions and provide input on critical bottlenecks
- 7Ensure teams utilize appropriate tools and quality processes such as kickoffs, pair programming, and automated test coverage
- 8Foster inclusive culture and clearly define accountabilities for team members
- 9Guide teams on new ways of working, change management, and continuous improvement
- 10Provide guidance on Lean / Agile benefits and value to stakeholders
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience or a master's with up to 2 years' experience or 10 years' related experience with no degree
- 2Foundational analytical thinking and presentation skills
- 3Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle project administration and management
- 4Strong integrity and partnership building
- 5Experience managing teams using AI Tools and change management
- 6Track record of improving flow with continuous improvements and servant leadership
- 7Experience standing up new teams and implementing agile transformations
- 8Proficiency with agile ceremonies, backlog management, and release planning
- 9Comfort working in a hybrid Atlanta, GA environment
- 10Commitment to inclusion and providing an engaging team environment
Salary Insight
$125 - $127k per year
