What You'll Do9
- 1Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure predictable delivery and team alignment

- 4Collaborate with Product Owner to define clear backlog and sprint goals for each iteration
- 5Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability across stakeholders
- 6Coach and mentor team members on agile practices, ceremonies, and metrics
- 7Drive alignment with enterprise governance and release planning for large initiatives
- 8Support program-level coordination across multiple teams to ensure integration and value delivery
- 9Track and report progress with sprint metrics and burn-downs to stakeholders
Requirements5
- 110+ years of experience in Scrum Master or agile delivery roles
- 2Proven ability to lead Scrum ceremonies for cross functional teams in enterprise environments
- 3Strong stakeholder management and coaching experience
- 4Experience enabling continuous improvement and high performance in teams
- 5Familiarity with agile frameworks, metrics, and governance in large programs
