Overview

What You'll Do10
- 1Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for Scrum teams.
- 2Remove blockers and maintain team focus on sprint goals, using burn-down charts and velocity metrics to track progress.
- 3Design and deploy cloud-native services on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including REST APIs and microservices.
- 4Build CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions or Jenkins for automated testing and deployment.
- 5Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or CloudFormation to manage cloud resources.
- 6Develop containerized applications with Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes.
- 7Participate in architecture reviews and code reviews, ensuring clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- 8Monitor production systems and support operational improvements for reliability and scalability.
- 9Mentor team members on Agile practices and modern software development techniques.
- 10Collaborate with product managers to ensure backlog prioritization aligns with business objectives.
Requirements10
- 15+ years of related experience with a BS/BA degree, or 3+ years with an MS/MA degree in a relevant field.
- 2Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator in a software development team.
- 3Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- 4Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- 5Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and modern web frameworks.
- 6Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- 7Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- 8Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep.
- 9Familiarity with serverless architectures and event-driven systems.
- 10Experience building secure, multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
