What You'll Do7
- 1Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to keep the team focused on sprint goals.

Requirements7
- 12+ years as a Scrum Master in a software development environment, with hands-on Agile and Scrum framework experience.
- 2Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required.
- 3Proficiency with Jira or similar Agile project management tools for sprint tracking and reporting.
