Script Coordinator leads script coordination and tracking for Disney Television Animation. This role serves as the communication hub for series scripts and supports the Production Department Secretary. What You'll Do11
- 1Coordinate and track script materials throughout Development or Production processes
- 2Serve as liaison between production and writing teams
- 3Ensure scripts conform to studio standards and edit dialogue
- 4Format scripts and generate physical scripts for recording sessions
- 5Maintain archives of script versions and documentation
- 6Conform music lyrics and send for legal approval
- 7Partner with Story Editor on logline documentation
- 8Manage travel authorizations and coordinate crew logistics
- 9Handle filing, photocopying, and distribution of materials
- 10Compile and distribute show credits
- 11Process expense reports according to DTVA procedures
Requirements8
- 1Strong understanding of Final Draft
- 2Excellent proofreading and grammar skills
- 3Ability to manage confidential materials
- 4Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro and Photoshop
- 5Experience with SAP E-Source and Microsoft Office Suite
- 6Education: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- 7Mac or PC proficiency
- 8Positive attitude and flexibility in fast-paced settings
