You’ll guide guests through our flavors, sample experiences, and support daily shop operations at a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. What You'll Do8
- 1Interact with guests to deliver exceptional service and create welcoming experiences
- 2Share flavor stories, offer samples, and help guests choose their next scoop
- 3Scoop ice cream, make waffle cones, operate the register, and support daily shop operations
- 4Greet guests, answer questions, and help guide the flow of the shop
- 5Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and organization standards across the shop
- 6Restock ice cream, supplies, and retail products throughout shifts
- 7Support dishwashing and other operational tasks to keep the shop running smoothly
- 8Collaborate with teammates to foster a positive and supportive environment
Requirements5
- 1Must be 16+ years old
- 2Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 3Able to work at least 3 shifts per week including 2 closing shifts
- 4Experience in food service, retail, hospitality or customer service preferred
- 5Comfortable discussing flavors and engaging with guests
