School Readiness Behavior Therapist, ABA Therapy
Overview
You will help children ages 5–12 succeed in school by delivering play-based ABA therapy one-on-one. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive team. You will earn your RBT certification with paid training, starting at $15–$26 per hour based on education. This full-time role includes guaranteed hours, health insurance, and raises every 6 months. What You'll Do8

Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 218+ years of age.
- 3Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- 4Physical capability to sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children.
- 5Comfort getting on and off the floor frequently.
- 6Consistent attendance and punctuality.
- 7Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
- 8Experience with children, mental health, or caregiving is a plus but not required.
