School Performance Review Analyst
Overview
The School Performance Review Analyst evaluates school district programs and operations to identify inefficiencies and compliance gaps. They analyze data interview stakeholders and produce reports recommending optimizations for resource allocation and decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills and familiarity with public sector regulations.
What You'll Do9

- 7Apply knowledge of local state and federal education laws
- 8Contribute to agency projects and perform related work
- 9Travel one to two weeks at a time up to three times annually
Requirements9
- 1Minimum 5+ years experience in data analysis or program evaluation
- 2Proficiency with statistical software like Excel Python SAS or R
- 3Bachelor's degree in public policy administration or related field
- 4Audit experience preferred
- 5Familiarity with public sector regulations and reporting standards
- 6Ability to travel for up to two weeks per month
- 7Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 8Experience with budget analysis and resource allocation
- 9Understanding of educational measurement and research methods
