What You'll Do8
- 1Safely assist students and pedestrians across designated intersections
- 2Use a STOP paddle and established crossing procedures to control traffic
- 3Monitor traffic conditions and recognize potential hazards

- 5Report accidents unsafe conditions or other incidents to supervisors
- 6Follow all company policies local traffic regulations and crossing guard procedures
- 7Wear company-provided safety equipment and maintain professional appearance
- 8Serve as a positive role model demonstrating safe pedestrian behavior

- 1Minimum age 18 years
- 2Reliable punctual and dependable
- 3Strong communication and customer service skills
- 4Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 5Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- 6Pass all required background screening and pre-employment requirements
- 7Physical ability to stand walk hold a STOP paddle at shoulder height turn twist step on and off curbs and react quickly to changing traffic conditions
- 8Maintain sufficient vision and hearing to safely observe traffic pedestrians and potential hazards
