What You'll Do8
- 1Facilitate hands-on activities using the Healthy Kids Curriculum including fitness and STEAM projects
- 2Provide a safe and engaging environment while acting as a positive role model
- 3Observe state guidelines and maintain accurate attendance records
- 4Support program operations including registration and staffing tasks
- 5Deliver homework assistance and encourage student curiosity and confidence
- 6Maintain physical stamina to engage with energetic children
- 7Assist with daily operational duties as assigned by program leadership
- 8Foster teamwork between staff and communicate effectively with families
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent with childcare experience preferred
- 2Pass state background check requirements
- 3Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- 4Strong interpersonal skills and reliable work ethic
- 5Commitment to supporting student growth and family engagement
