SAP Platform Security Manager
Overview
Own SAP security architecture for enterprise clients, designing and deploying SAP S/4HANA role-based access, GRC controls, and vulnerability management at scale. You will lead workstreams, mentor teams, and shape client security strategies across industries. This role blends deep technical delivery with client advisory, offering exposure to BTP and Fiori ecosystems. You will drive measurable security outcomes from day one in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead SAP S/4HANA security implementations, configuring SAP GRC Access and Process Controls to meet client-specific requirements.
- 2Own end-to-end delivery of security workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet contract and work plan objectives.
- 3Step into lead roles on engagements, guiding client and team expectations with clear direction.
- 4Drive vulnerability management strategies using tools like Onapsis and Security Bridge to protect SAP landscapes.
- 5Design and deploy Fiori and HANA DB security models, integrating BTP security services for cloud-ready solutions.
- 6Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, compliant SAP configurations.
- 7Mentor junior team members on SAP security best practices and delivery methodologies.
- 8Identify and qualify add-on opportunities, contributing to account growth and client value.
Requirements10
- 15+ years in SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP cloud environments, with hands-on security implementation experience.
- 25+ years creating technical documentation for SAP security designs and procedures.
- 35+ years with SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori, HANA DB, or SAP SaaS application security.
- 4Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years; Associate's degree with 6 years minimum).
- 5Proven expertise in SAP GRC Access and Process Controls, and SAP vulnerability management.
- 6Strong understanding of information security principles and SAP application security methodologies.
- 7Ability to travel up to 100% based on business and client needs.
- 8Preferred: CISA, CISM, or CISSP certification.
- 9Preferred: Experience with SAP IAG/IAS, NextLabs, or Big Four consulting.
- 10Preferred: Track record of leading teams and delivering complex SAP security projects.
