SAP L1 Production Support Specialist
Overview
You own the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud production support for BOBM, coordinating issue resolution across Finance, MDM, Purchasing, HR, Supply Chain Collaboration, Warehouse, ASN, and Banking. You bring structure and visibility to a multi-workstream environment, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime. This role sharpens your production support skills and gives you exposure to a broad SAP landscape.
What You'll Do8
- 1Own the end-to-end coordination of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud production support, ensuring rapid issue resolution.
- 2Provide L1 support for incidents and tickets, triaging and escalating as needed.
- 3Drive daily stand-ups and status updates across multiple workstreams.
- 4Maintain knowledge base articles and runbooks for common issues.
- 5Collaborate with functional teams to resolve integration issues between SAP modules.
- 6Monitor system health and performance, reporting on key metrics.
- 7Ensure compliance with change management processes.
- 8Ship clear communication to stakeholders during critical incidents.
Requirements6
- 13+ years in SAP production support, preferably on S/4HANA.
- 2Experience with L1 support and incident management.
- 3Knowledge of SAP modules: Finance, MM, and SD.
- 4Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- 5Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- 6Ability to work onsite in Detroit, Michigan.
Salary Insight
$60 - $70k per year
