SAP EWM Consultant, S/4HANA & Warehouse Transformation
Overview
Lead end to end SAP EWM implementations for manufacturing retail pharmaceuticals and consumer goods clients across geographies and business units. Own governance timelines budget and risk while guiding solution architecture alignment with long term supply chain strategy. Manage multiple workstreams and mentor junior consultants while shaping client capability and delivering complex SAP S/4HANA supply chain programs.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build end to end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across geographies and business units
- 2Design warehouse structure process types put away and picking strategies labor management and MFS automation integration with sap and non SAP systems
- 3Drive integration design across sap modules MM SD TM PP and non SAP systems (WCS robotics conveyors)
- 4Lead SIT UAT and cutover planning and develop configuration and test documentation
- 5Mentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout the engagement
- 6Review and approve functional specifications configuration documents and test scripts
- 7Oversee cross functional teams of consultants developers and client stakeholders
- 8Ensure alignment with client long term supply chain strategy and governance structures
- 9Travel may be required up to 0 100 depending on business need and client requirements
- 10Manage risk and budget across large scale programs
Requirements7
- 1Minimum of 3 years of SAP supply chain consulting experience with at least 3 years of SAP EWM expertise
- 2Minimum 3 full cycle SAP EWM implementations in a lead or program manager role
- 3Experience delivering EWM programs in two of: pharmaceuticals life sciences consumer goods retail automotive or industrial manufacturing
- 4Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 12 years of work experience
- 5SAP Certified Application Associate SAP EWM C_EWM_2020 or equivalent (bonus)
- 6SAP Activate or agile delivery experience (bonus)
- 7Previous Big 4 or Tier 1 consulting background (bonus)
