Overview
Lead end-to-end SAP EWM transformation programs across manufacturing retail pharmaceuticals and consumer goods industries. Drive solution architecture ownership and deliver complex SAP S/4HANA supply chain programs. Own overall program governance delivery timelines budget and risk management. Drive integration design across SAP MM SD TM PP and non-SAP systems. Mentor junior consultants and build client capability. This role differs by focusing on large-scale warehouse transformation initiatives with cross-functional leadership.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead SAP EWM implementation and rollout across multiple geographies and business units
- 2Own program governance delivery timelines budget and risk management
- 3Drive solution architecture decisions aligned with client long-term supply chain strategy
- 4Oversee workstreams and manage cross-functional teams of consultants developers and client stakeholders
- 5Provide hands-on oversight of SAP EWM solution design including warehouse structure process types putaway and picking strategies labor management yard management and MFS automation integration
- 6Review and approve functional specifications configuration documents and test scripts
- 7Drive integration design across SAP MM SD TM PP and non-SAP systems
- 8Lead SIT UAT and cutover planning develop configuration and test documentation
- 9Mentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout engagements
- 10Travel up to 100 percent based on business need and client requirements
Requirements5
- 1Minimum of 8 years SAP supply chain consulting experience
- 2Minimum of 8 years full-cycle SAP EWM implementations in lead or program manager role
- 3Minimum of 5 years delivering EWM programs in pharmaceuticals consumer goods retail automotive or industrials
- 4Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years work experience)
- 5Bonus Points If SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP EWM (C_EWM_2020 or equivalent) or SAP Activate methodology certification or agile delivery experience
