What You'll Do15
- 1Define and build AI offerings for mid-market SAP clients including use-case accelerators and packaged solutions
- 2Translate Accenture AI assets into right-sized offerings aligned with budget and maturity
- 3Establish delivery model with talent requirements and quality benchmarks
- 4Develop reusable assets like solution blueprints and ROI models for consistent delivery
- 5Craft differentiated AI positioning for mid-market SAP space
- 6Partner with sales and marketing to embed AI themes in client conversations
- 7Create thought leadership content establishing credibility as AI partner
- 8Represent practice externally at client briefings and industry events
- 9Serve as liaison between mid-market group and Accenture AI practices
- 10Work with Centers of Excellence and alliance teams to adapt capabilities
- 11Advocate for mid-market investments and resource allocation
- 12Build and mentor AI practitioner community within business group
- 13Define capability development pathways and collaborate on recruitment
- 14Track emerging AI technologies and SAP AI roadmap developments
- 15Travel varying percentages based on business needs
Requirements13
- 1Minimum 10 years enterprise technology consulting with significant AI focus
- 2Minimum 4 years developing or scaling consulting practice in systems integration
- 3Minimum 3 years SAP ecosystem experience with AI integration knowledge
- 4Minimum 2 years matrixed enterprise experience with shared services and alliances
- 5Bachelor's degree with 12 years work experience or associate's with 6 years
- 6Ability to translate technical AI into business value propositions
- 7Strong executive presence for C-suite presentations
- 8Prior Accenture or global systems integrator experience recommended
- 9Familiarity with mid-market business dynamics and IT maturity
- 10Hands-on experience with AI tools relevant to SAP environments
- 11Background in solution architecture or delivery leadership
- 12Experience with GenAI use cases in enterprise applications
- 13Solution architecture or delivery leadership with technical depth
Salary Insight
$113 - $338k per year
