What You'll Do11
- 1Define and build a portfolio of AI offerings tailored to mid-market SAP clients including use-case accelerators and packaged solutions.
- 2Translate Accenture AI assets into right-sized offerings aligned with mid-market scale and budget.
- 3Establish and refine practice delivery model covering talent, tooling, and quality benchmarks.
- 4Develop reusable assets such as solution blueprints, ROI models, and implementation playbooks for consistent delivery.
- 5Craft differentiated positioning and messaging for AI capabilities in the mid-market SAP space.
- 6Partner with sales and marketing to embed AI themes into client conversations and proposals.
- 7Produce thought leadership content establishing credibility as an AI partner for mid-market enterprises.
- 8Represent the practice externally at client briefings and industry events to showcase expertise.
- 9Serve as liaison between mid-market business group and Accenture AI/data/technology practices.
- 10Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and alliance teams to adapt enterprise investments for mid-market needs.
- 11Advocate for mid-market-specific investments and resource commitments within the broader Accenture ecosystem.
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 10 years enterprise technology consulting experience with significant AI focus.
- 2Minimum 4 years developing or scaling consulting practices in systems integration or professional services.
- 3Minimum 3 years SAP ecosystem experience including S/4HANA BTP or equivalent with AI integration knowledge.
- 4Minimum 2 years working in matrixed large enterprises managing shared services and alliance relationships.
- 5Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 12 years work experience.
- 6Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into client-ready business value narratives.
- 7Strong executive presence and communication skills for C-suite audiences.
- 8Prior experience at Accenture or comparable global systems integrator with enterprise practice governance insight.
- 9Familiarity with mid-market business dynamics and IT organizational maturity constraints.
- 10Hands-on experience with AI tools relevant to SAP environments such as SAP AI Core or Azure AI.
- 11Background in solution architecture or delivery leadership with sufficient technical depth.
Salary Insight
$123 - $338k per year
