SAP Center Of Excellence Senior Manager
Overview
Lead and evolve a high performing SAP organization within a complex enterprise environment. This senior leadership role requires deep SAP delivery credibility and close involvement in technical work. The ideal candidate will be hands on when needed and guide SAP strategy across multiple business cycles.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead and grow the SAP Center of Excellence providing direction standards and priorities across SAP delivery and support
- 2Serve as a technical and functional escalation point for complex SAP challenges design decisions and delivery execution
- 3Partner with business and IT stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions align with enterprise goals and operational realities
- 4Guide and develop a strong SAP technical team through mentorship coaching and career development
- 5Drive successful execution across full SAP program lifecycles including large scale implementations digital transformation initiatives post go live stabilization and continuous improvement
- 6Establish practical guardrails architecture standards and delivery discipline without over engineering
- 7Ensure SAP initiatives meet compliance expectations within a SOX regulated environment
- 8Collaborate with global teams and provide leadership presence across international operations including onsite engagement
- 9Balance architecture delivery execution and business alignment
- 10Demonstrate operator mindset with ownership of outcomes end to end
- 11Develop talent and champion diversity across the organization
Requirements11
- 1Significant SAP leadership experience within large complex enterprise environments
- 2Deep SAP credibility with ability to engage in technical design discussions and challenge assumptions
- 3Strong foundation in SAP functional and or technical delivery FICO highly preferred
- 4Proven track record of leading teams to successfully deliver major SAP programs
- 5Experience implementing enterprise systems in a SOX controlled environment
- 6Ability to balance architecture delivery execution and business alignment
- 7Operator mindset with history of owning outcomes end to end
- 8Strong judgment to diplomatically push back on misaligned priorities
- 9Experience aligning SAP initiatives with enterprise goals
- 10Concrete experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration Cloud Foundations
- 11Understanding of SAP Fiori UI design principles
