What You'll Do20
- 1Lead and mentor global SAP BASIS and BTP administrator team ensuring 24x7 support coverage
- 2Own end-to-end SAP platform operations across ECC S/4HANA BW GTS E4H MES and BTP environments
- 3Drive system reliability availability and performance through proactive monitoring and governance
- 4Administer SAP BTP landscape including subaccount setup entitlements user management security configuration and service provisioning
- 5Lead SAP technical architecture decisions for hybrid and cloud-native environments using RISE and hyperscalers
- 6Drive adoption of AIOps for SAP operations predictive monitoring anomaly detection and auto-remediation
- 7Implement automation for repetitive BASIS operations such as system health checks patching and job management
- 8Leverage AI/ML tools for incident prediction root cause analysis and performance optimization
- 9Introduce intelligent monitoring dashboards and self-healing mechanisms across SAP landscape
- 10Enable integration of SAP operations with enterprise observability platforms
- 11Ensure high availability through HA/DR design including HANA replication clustering and failover strategies
- 12Monitor and optimize system performance database health and infrastructure utilization
- 13Own SAP technical security covering SSO MFA certificates identity management and compliance audits
- 14Ensure adherence to ITGC SOX controls and enterprise cybersecurity policies
- 15Lead cloud connectivity using SAP Cloud Connector Integration Suite and APIs
- 16Support enterprise integrations across SAP and non-SAP platforms
- 17Act as escalation point for major incidents providing executive-level communication
- 18Partner with SAP cloud providers and vendors for upgrades and innovation initiatives
- 19Manage SAP transport management system ChaRM integration and release governance processes
- 20Provide technical documentation knowledge transfer and training to internal teams and stakeholders
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading global SAP platform operations and engineering teams
- 3SAP Basis / BTP certifications
- 4SAP Certification in BASIS S/4HANA or SAP BTP
- 5Deep expertise in SAP ECC S/4HANA SAP HANA DB and OS platforms Linux Unix Windows
