SAP ABAP Developer, S/4HANA & CPI Integration
Overview
You will design and build SAP ABAP solutions for S/4HANA, extending functionality and integrating across hybrid landscapes. You will translate business needs into technical specs, develop with ABAP Objects, CDS Views, and OData, and ensure smooth operations. You will collaborate with functional teams and own the full lifecycle from design to support, making a direct impact on fiscal operations. This role stands out for its focus on SAP CPI cloud integration.
What You'll Do7
- 1Design and develop ABAP programs (reports, function modules, classes) for S/4HANA extensions.
- 2Build and maintain OData services and CDS Views for Fiori apps and integrations.
- 3Implement integration flows with SAP CPI connecting on-prem and cloud systems.
- 4Troubleshoot production issues, analyze with ST05 and SAT, and patch defects.
- 5Write and execute unit tests with ABAP Unit, ensuring code quality and performance.
- 6Collaborate with functional consultants to map requirements to technical designs.
- 7Deploy changes using Transport Management and support cutover activities.
Requirements7
- 15+ years in SAP ABAP development, with at least 2 years on S/4HANA.
- 2Hands-on with ABAP Objects, CDS Views, OData, and ALV reporting.
- 3Experience building integration flows with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
- 4Knowledge of SAP Fiori and Gateway service development.
- 5Strong debugging and performance tuning using ST05, SAT, and SE30.
- 6Ability to write technical specifications and unit tests.
- 7Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
