What You'll Do7
- 1Drive DIY sales through excellent service on the sales floor and over the phone
- 2Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to store targets
- 3Install batteries and wipers and run diagnostic tests for customers
- 4Maintain store product standards and inventory processes including truck put-away, shrink audits, and cycle counts
- 5Keep the store clean and organized, covering floors, restrooms, facing, and the parking lot
- 6Stock shelves and manage back stock to ensure product availability
- 7Deliver parts to customers safely as needed
Requirements6
- 12-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- 2Basic automotive parts knowledge and ability to use store systems and POS
- 3Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and parts catalogs
- 4Accurate math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- 5Fleet safety certification preferred
- 6Physical stamina: stand and walk for shifts, lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally
