You will administer and support Salesforce platform operations across 11 statewide orgs for the State of Tennessee, handling small to medium enhancements, user setup, and security. What You'll Do7
- 1Manage user setup, profiles, roles, and permission sets across Salesforce orgs to enforce security policies.
- 2Build and configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, and validation rules to support business processes.
- 3Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, coordinating with state agencies to reduce downtime.
- 4Design and deploy small to medium enhancements, including sandbox refreshes and metadata deployments.
- 5Maintain data quality through deduplication, data imports, and field audits within Salesforce.
- 6Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform features with agency requirements.
- 7Document configurations and processes to support knowledge transfer and governance.
Requirements7
- 15+ years administering Salesforce in a multi-org or enterprise environment.
- 2Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification required.
- 32+ years configuring Salesforce flows and process automation.
- 4Hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions or Service Cloud.
- 5Experience managing user security, sharing rules, and org-wide defaults.
- 6Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, with 3+ years in a technical liaison role.
- 7Proficiency in Excel for data loads and reporting, plus SOQL for data queries.
