- 15+ years experience designing Salesforce Architecture and delivery
- 212+ years as a Salesforce Architect specializing in Contact Center transformation
- 3Expertise in Service Cloud Automotive Cloud Experience Cloud and Data Cloud solutions
- 4Proven track record owning Customer360 Case360 Dealer360 and Vehicle360 architectures
- 5Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization for scalable deployments
- 6Certification such as CPC Card or AWS Certified preferred
- 7Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams and deliver results in a fast paced environment
- 8Experience working with CTH office or remote flexibility required
- 9Strategic mindset to align technology solutions with organizational goals
