What You'll Do6
- 1Develop relationships with local businesses through in-person visits networking and referrals
- 2Use custom Salesforce CRM to manage leads track activity and build client portfolio
- 3Schedule and conduct meetings with new and existing clients to understand insurance needs
- 4Maintain consistent communication with team and sales manager through scheduled calls and meetings
- 5Follow up on referral leads reservice existing accounts and continually grow book of business
- 6Set and achieve personal sales goals with manager guidance maintain organized weekly schedule and submit daily activity reports
