What You'll Do10
- 1Complete a 6-8 month full-time training rotation in Arlington, TX, covering sales, products, and operations
- 2Apply Martin product knowledge through hands-on instruction from product experts and mentors
- 3Visit customer sites across various industries to build relationships and understand their needs
- 4Work with cross-functional teams to learn business functions, company operations, and manufacturing processes
- 5Develop sales skills through direct interaction with established managers and successful teams
- 6Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and problem-solving in real-world industrial settings
- 7Travel multiple times throughout the program to other Martin locations
- 8Prepare for transition to a sales-related role by mastering essential skills and systems
- 9Adapt to a fast-paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities and customer inquiries
- 10Relocate to another U.S. region (West, Midwest, Northeast, Southeast) upon program completion
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree or associate degree preferred
- 21-2 years of sales or customer service experience a plus, but new graduates welcome
- 3Strong commitment to customer service and excellent interpersonal skills
- 4Ability to train, learn, and grow in a team environment
- 5Independent judgment to evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisions
- 6Adaptability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- 7Computer proficiency and organizational skills
- 8Must pass a mechanical aptitude test
- 9Willingness to travel and relocate within the U.S. Martin network
