Sales Lead, Vision Care & Optical — Part Time
Overview
Own the customer journey in Visionworks stores, guiding patients through eyewear selection and service at a local scale. You will be the friendly, knowledgeable face who recommends products, measures patients for eyewear, and supports store operations. You will join a team focused on customer experience, training, and sales delivery in a part-time capacity. What You'll Do5
- 1Build relationships with patients and recommend products that meet eye care needs
- 2Drive daily sales by delivering exceptional customer journeys and achieving targets
- 3Measure patients for eyewear and maintain knowledge through ongoing training
- 4Execute store operations including restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment
- 5Engage with customers and ensure right-first-time eyewear through product expertise
Requirements5
- 112 months optical experience necessary or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- 2HS diploma or GED
- 3Related customer or patient experience preferred
- 4Strong communication and customer service orientation
- 5Ability to work onsite in a part-time capacity
