What You'll Do8
- 1Greet every customer with a warm, approachable manner and assess their riding level.
- 2Recommend bikes and accessories based on customer needs, not just specs.
- 3Build lasting relationships with riders and grow your own client base.
- 4Take part in group rides and community events to foster local cycling culture.
- 5Learn Trek's product line inside out, including Trek carbon frames and SRAM drivetrains.
- 6Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- 7Handle transactions accurately with the POS system.
- 8Support the service team with fitting appointments and test rides.
Requirements6
- 11+ year in retail or hospitality with a focus on customer experience.
- 2Passion for cycling or willingness to learn from our team.
- 3Excellent listening and communication skills.
- 4Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
- 5Self-motivated with a team-first attitude.
- 6Weekend availability and 40 hours per week.
