Sales Associate, Fitness Membership & Studio Growth
Overview
You'll own the front-of-house experience at Orangetheory Fitness Grandview, greeting every visitor, leading studio tours, and converting interest into memberships. You'll manage the front desk, support members, and work alongside coaches to guide intros through their first workout. With roughly 20-30 hours per week and earnings of $17–$25/hour including commission, you'll be the first impression for a community-focused fitness brand. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm, warmth, and confidence, setting the tone for their visit.
- 2Manage the front desk: answer phones, respond to questions, support members, check in clients accurately, and handle transactions.
- 3Sell memberships and drive studio growth by presenting the Orangetheory concept to intros and following up consistently via calls, texts, and emails.
- 4Work hand-in-hand with coaches to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring a positive experience.
- 5Follow up with prospective clients: make 20+ outbound calls and send 40+ texts per shift to nurture leads.
- 6Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, aiming for resolution and satisfaction.
- 7Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote the studio and attract new members.
- 8Help keep all studio areas clean, organized, and ready for an excellent member experience.

- 5Clear communicator face-to-face, on the phone, and in writing.
- 6Availability for 20-30 hours per week: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 8 am - 4 pm, plus one weekend day (approx. 6 hours between 6:30 am - 2 pm).
