The Sales Assistant will own loan production support for Frame Home Team loan officers and processors to drive timely loan closings. This role focuses on providing clerical and administrative assistance while collaborating across various lending product lines. What You'll Do10
- 1Provide clerical and administrative support to loan officers and processors during loan setup including phone and computer tasks
- 2Organize and prepare incoming documentation for loan officers and processing teams
- 3Review documents for completeness and flag gaps to loan officers and processors
- 4Track outstanding items on loan files and follow up with customers via phone or email
- 5Deliver appraisals and property valuations to borrowers and retrieve proof of receipt
- 6Facilitate loan closings by coordinating with title companies and customer
- 7Support day-to-day office operations at the Issaquah location
- 8Manage a diverse pipeline of conventional FHA VA USDA 203K and reverse mortgage products
- 9Coordinate with title companies to schedule and finalize loan closings
- 10Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma GED or equivalent
- 21+ years mortgage-related experience with customer contact preferred
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- 4Strong communication and customer service skills
- 5Excellent prioritization and time management abilities
- 6Full-time on-site availability at Issaquah WA office
