- 1Assist originator with appointment setting and provide new lead callbacks within 20 minutes maintaining 35% conversion rate
- 2Manage client databases and send pre‑qualification links using compliance‑approved methods
- 3Run credit checks and update AUS findings for licensed teammates
- 4Coordinate loan application submissions and resolve file issues with processors
- 5Prepare and distribute marketing materials while tracking compliance approvals
- 6Monitor loan transaction dates and provide status updates to referrals and clients
- 7Implement and execute new systems for team and clients
- 8Answer inquiries about active loans and assist with document collection
- 9Provide clerical support as needed and maintain referral relationships
- 10Analyze credit scenarios and recommend appropriate loan products
- 11Quote rates and explain loan features adhering to company policies
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification preferred
- 3AWS Certified experience required
- 45+ years experience with data tools
- 53-5 seasons in mortgage lending
- 6High school diploma or equivalent
- 7Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word Excel and data entry software
- 8Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 9Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 10Commitment to ethical standards and company values
